We launched ‘Alcemi’ in late 2019, but have since changed the course of the original programme to adapt to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
While it won’t look the same, the original objectives of attracting the best talent, developing the workforce of the future, supporting collaboration, building innovation capacity and influencing long term thinking to tackle systemic challenges remain.
In fact, they are now more important than ever.
Our Alcemi programme tackles both the structural issues that require policy and funding change but also seeks to build capacity and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation to do things differently.
It is made up of three strands:
