Business Improvement Manager, Pobl Group
Leah is currently working as Business Improvement Manager at Pobl Group, and prior to that spent a number of years managing the customer service and repairs scheduling teams.
She is passionate about improving services for customers and has a keen interest in smart technology and delivering services in a modern way.
Leah has completed ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management and Agile Project Management Qualifications.
